Returns and exchanges
If there’s a problem with your order:
Just contact me within: 30 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 45 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations and returns are subject to approval.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All art on our site belongs to us. Recreations are strictly not allowed. If you wish to use our art, permission needs to be granted and will only be granted if the respective artist is comfortable with the reason for recreation. We will not tolerate plagiarism or stealing. We work hard to make our designs, please respect this.
We may have coloring contests in our Facebook group, to which this policy does not apply. Please see the group or message us for more details.
When will my order be shipped?
If your order is a pre-made item it will be shipping within 10 business days. If it is a custom order please allow 15 business days. Fox made items, such as paw paintings can be longer due to weather and the foxes not wanting to participate. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping, however please contact us to set it up! Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Clevyr Creatures is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Clevyrmerch@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
