Returns and Exchanges

If you run into any hiccups with your order, let us know within 30 days of receiving it. Please ship back the items within 45 days. While we generally don't accept cancellations, returns are subject to approval. If you have any questions or concerns, drop us a message – we're here to help. Do note that certain items, like custom orders, perishables, digital downloads, and sale items, aren't eligible for returns or exchanges.


Conditions of Return

Return shipping is on the buyer. If the item doesn't return in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Artwork Policy

Our artwork is made with care, so please refrain from recreating it without permission. No plagiarism, let's keep it respectful. However, feel free to participate in coloring contests in our Facebook group – check it out for details!



We aim to ship orders promptly, but we get that life happens. Pre-made items typically ship within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), custom orders within 15 days. Fox-made items might take a bit longer for various reasons. You'll get a notification once your order is on its way. If the shipping timeline has passed, feel free to contact us.


International Shipping

Absolutely, we ship worldwide! To place an international order, shoot us an email at lexi@clevyrcreatures.com. We'll create a custom order for you, and you can conveniently make the purchase through Etsy, where they'll handle VAT and other related matters. It's a streamlined approach for a smooth international shopping experience.


Order Status

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days post-shipping confirmation, contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a seamless shopping experience!
