Returns and Exchanges

If you run into any hiccups with your order, let us know within 30 days of receiving it. Please ship back the items within 45 days. Returns are subject to approval. If you have any questions or concerns, drop us a message – we're here to help. Do note that certain items, like custom orders, perishables, digital downloads, and sale items, aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Artwork Policy

Our artwork is made with care, so please refrain from recreating it without permission. No plagiarism, let's keep it respectful. However, feel free to participate in coloring contests in our Facebook group – check it out for details!

We are staunchly against the use of generative ai in any form. CCFS will never knowingly share any artwork, photography, writing, nor anything else that has been created using generative ai. 

Shipping

We aim to ship orders promptly, but the animals care always comes first. 

We typically ship orders 2 days a month. 
On  or around the 1st and the 14th of each month.  

If you need your order by a certain date, we can usually accommodate, but need to be notified in advance or promptly after placing your order. 

Fox-made items might take a bit longer for various reasons including weather and the animals willingness to participate at the moment.

Order Status

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days post-shipping confirmation, contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a seamless shopping experience!
